(a) Giveaway management:

The legal basis of the processing of personal data is to allow the user's participation in the Giveaway organized by Zotac as requested by the user himself by registering through the appropriate form (contractual legal basis), as well as to fulfill the related obligations imposed by administrative and tax legislation. in the event of a win (regulatory legal basis) and to ensure the safety and correct functionality of the prize draws and deliveries (legal basis legitimate interest of the Owner).

To participate in the Giveaway it is necessary to register and fill in the form with the required data: this information is necessary to verify that the user is in possession of the requirements to participate in the Giveaway as required by the Regulations [insert link to refer to the text of the Regulations] ( for example, the date of birth is required to verify that the user requesting to participate is at least 13 years old) and to manage the subsequent phases of the tender and the awarding and delivery of prizes. The data thus acquired will be used exclusively for participation in the Giveaway and will be kept for the time required by law, within the limits of what is strictly necessary. Personal data will be kept for the time prescribed by law and, in any case, for the time strictly necessary to follow up on the activities for which they were collected (for the period provided for the performance of the Giveaway, for the assignment of the prizes to the winners) and / or until the revocation of the consent given for the purposes referred to in art. 2 (b).

6. To whom can the collected data be disclosed?

The treatments connected to the performance of the Giveaway are only handled by specialized and competent technical personnel, expressly authorized by the respective Data Controller. In particular, the data may be disclosed to third parties whose collaboration Zotac may use for the performance of the services offered. The data acquired via the web, or in any case deriving from web services, may be communicated to the technological partners and consultants of which the Data Controller uses for the provision of the services requested by users, always in compliance with the purposes indicated in art. 2. To this end, the subjects who will have access to personal data will be specifically authorized for processing by the Data Controller and, if due, appointed as Data Processors, pursuant to art. 28 and 29 of the GDPR.

The data collected for the aforementioned purposes may also be disclosed to associated companies or companies belonging to the same corporate group as the Data Controller and to subjects authorized for this purpose by provisions of law and European legislation.

7. What are the rights of the data subjects?

The interested party is the natural person, identified or identifiable, to whom the personal data being processed refer and, therefore, the user who registers to participate in the Giveaway.
